Job Description
It's an exciting time to join Applied as we enter into a new phase of being a multi brand Distributor. We are looking for an experienced Internal Salesperson / Parts Interpreter to join our team who's passionate about Sales and is potentially looking to progress to an External Sales role in the future.
A little bit about the role:
Attend to counter, telephone and online orders and enquiries
Follow up customer quotes
Assist in converting customer quotes to sales
Process customer orders including sourcing, packing and despatch
You’ll have the full support of your team and the opportunity to constantly develop your skills and knowledge

You’re naturally a team player with a desire to provide exceptional customer service
You’ve got proven customer service experience, ideally in the industrial retail sector
You’ve got a strong mechanical aptitude
You’re great at multitasking and prioritising
You’ve got great interpersonal and communication skills
