Job Description
Our Head Office, based in Oakleigh, is looking to welcome a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Finance team.
Here's a little bit about the role:
Maintain supplier account details
Process invoices for payment
Ensure timely settlement of supplier invoices
Reconciliation of designated creditor statements
Handle and resolve accounts payable queries
Extract statistical data for analysis as required
Support month end processes
Provide support to other members of the Finance Team.

Proven experience in both Accounts Payable and Receivable
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good time management and prioritisation skills in a deadline driven environment
High level of proactivity and initiative
Ability to work independently as part of a team
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders
Intermediate to Advanced MS Office, particularly Excel
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to adapt to various computer systems
