We are seeking a motivated Junior Technical Sales Engineer to join our industrial sales team, specialising in bearings and power transmission solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their engineering or technical career who wants to combine technical expertise with commercial growth.
About the role:
Provide technical support and product selection advice on bearings and power transmission products
Assist with site visits, breakdown support and application troubleshooting
Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities
Develop strong relationships with customers in manufacturing, mining and industrial sectors
Support branch sales growth and customer retention
Participate in product training and supplier technical sessions
This is a hands-on role where technical knowledge and customer engagement go hand in hand.
Desired Skills and Experience
About you:
Degree or trade qualified in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
Mechanically minded with a genuine interest in industrial equipment
Confident communicating with workshop managers, engineers and maintenance teams
Keen to build a long-term career in industrial sales
Organised, proactive and willing to learn
Previous exposure to bearings, gearboxes, motors, pulleys, belts or industrial components will be highly regarded but is not essential.
