This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships and providing technical sales support across a broad range of industrial products.

You will be a key point of contact for customers, supporting both external sales representatives and walk-in or phone enquiries while ensuring exceptional service and efficient order processing.

Job Description

About the role:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and counter sales
  • Prepare quotations and process sales orders accurately
  • Provide product advice and technical support
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Support external sales representatives and branch operations
  • Follow up quotations and identify sales opportunities

  • Comfortable working in a technical or industrial environment
  • Proactive and motivated to grow sales
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Experience in internal sales, customer service or trade counter sales
  • Exposure to industrial products highly regarded
  • Strong computer skills and experience using ERP systems
