Job Description

Regional Sales Manager – Northern New South Wales

We have exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manger to lead and grow our Northern New South Wales Region.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a hands-on leadership position responsible for driving regional performance, developing high-performing sales teams and expanding the market share across Northern NSW.

You’ll oversee branch performance, mentor sales professionals and work closely with the external sales teams in identifying new business and delivering commercial and technical solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop regional sales and branch management
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies
  • Manage key customer relationships and major accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities across target industries
  • Monitor sales performance, KPI’s and budgets
  • Support branch managers with operational alignment and customer service excellent
  • Work collaboratively with senior management, operations and supply teams.

About you:

You’re a commercially focussed leader who understands industrial customers and thrives in a relationship driven sales environment.  You’ll also possess the following:

  • Proven experience in industrial distribution, technical sales or engineering products
  • Demonstrated success in leading sales teams or multi-site operations
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build long term customer partnerships
  • Results driven with strong leadership presence
  • Current drivers licence and willingness to travel across Northern NSW
