We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Welshpool. This is a working supervisory role where you'll lead by example, actively participating in warehouse operations while ensuring the efficient flow of inbound and outbound stock, optimal warehouse storage, and a safe, productive work environment.

A little bit about the role:

• Lead, supervise and support a small warehouse team on a day-to-day basis
• Coordinate and participate in warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch
• Plan and schedule daily and weekly warehouse activities to ensure customer expectations are met
• Manage the efficient movement of incoming and outgoing stock to maximise productivity and minimise delays
• Optimise warehouse layout and storage utilisation to ensure stock is stored safely, accurately and efficiently
• Monitor stock movements and inventory accuracy through cycle counts
• Manage freight providers and courier services to ensure timely deliveries and collections
• Operate a forklift and assist with loading, unloading and stock handling as required
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and warehouse organisation
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and performance
